• Check-Out: By 11:00am
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in

PROPERTY & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• If you wish to amend or cancel your booking, please contact us by email or telephone.
• Our standard cancellation policy is 72h. This means that if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date your card will not be charged. If the booking is cancelled within the 72 hours or in case of a no-show the total reservation amount will be fully charged to the card provided. 
• Please note that bookings including 25/26th or 30th/31st of December, group reservations, special rates and promotions are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy. Please check the terms and conditions of each promotion carefully to avoid disappointment.
